NORA tea

Got my NORA tea 🫖 strained and ready to drink.Â
Honestly post partum I noticed the most positive difference drinking this than anything else I was doing. My supplements ect.Â
When I’m feeling like I’m dry and lacking in minerals I go for the NORA and especially cold water extracted it’s so crisp and refreshing.
Recipe for 1 cup
1tbsp nettleÂ
1 tbsp oat strawÂ
1tbsp red raspberry leafÂ
1 tbsp alfalfaÂ
4 cups waterÂ
Depending on batch size you’ll have to adjust ratios.Â
Folk method: fill the jar 1/4-1/2 with the herbs equal parts of each herb and the rest with distilled water or filtered waterÂ
Stick in the fridge over night, strain In the morning and enjoy
