ORDER PROCESSING:

We ship orders in the order received; with most products being made to order it can take up to two weeks before an order is shipped. During periods of high volume, or if we experience ingredient or supply shipment delays, then it may take longer for your order to ship.

We strive to keep this waiting time as short as possible, but you can send us a message at info@holynaturals.store to request faster service, if we are able to accommodate the request we will, if not we will give our best estimate of when we can ship your order.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders will generally be shipped within 7-10 business day using USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Orders will usually arrive within 2-4 business days of fulfillment. We do not charge a shipping fee on any orders going to a destination within the continental United States.

Orders going to Canada will have shipping rates calculated at check out.

At present we only ship to the USA and Canada. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer 2-7 day shipping to any location within in the continental United States at no charge for all orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We don't currently accept returns, however if you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may contact us at: refunds@holynaturals.store 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@holynaturals.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do everything in our power to work towards a satisfactory solution.
