Refund policy
We don't accept returns out of concern for customer safety, but if there is an issue with your order you may be eligible for a refund. We may also offer troubleshooting advice or a replacement product in some cases. Send your refund request to refunds@holynaturals.store please be sure to include photos that clearly show the damage or defect you believe entitle you to a refund, as we can not evaluate your request until we receive this proof.

*Refunds must be requested within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sales, Discounts & Price Adjustments:
When a product goes on sale, a discount is forgotten, or price is adjusted up or down for any reason - we honor the price at the time of sale. We do not add discounts to orders which have already been placed and we will not approve a cancellation request for the purpose of applying a discount or sale code. Likewise, we promise not to invoice you if price increases after your order has been placed. As a small business we do try to be fair and if there is a legitimate reason to cancel your order we will honor that, but we do pay fees on every transaction even when a refund is issued those fees have already been paid and do not get refunded back to us. For the health of our business we must hold firm here. Intentional and deliberate attempts to violate this policy may result in your order being cancelled and your customer account being blocked
Exchanges:
As stated above we currently don't accept returns. We're also not able to exchange items.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are only eligible for a refund by the original purchasing party. To be eligible for a refund the card must be unused and the return must be requested within 5 days of receipt. If your refund request is accepted, this will void the gift card and funds will be returned via the original purchasing method.
Exceptions:
Gift cards or purchase vouchers obtained via our loyalty & rewards program, through any raffle, promotion, or other contest may not be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
Tallow balms will not be refunded for grainy texture if outside temperatures are above 70 degrees and summer shipping was not included with the order. You may request a refund, but it will be issued at company discretion.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method once your refund has been approved. When you receive the notice, that means your request has already been fully process on our end, please remember it can up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
