Catnip is a gentle herb generally used for children and adults. It is often used for teething, calming, tension, upset stomach, fever, can also be used topically for bug repellent and more.

USE: 

Under 12 months: 1–2 drops
1–4 years: 3–5 drops
5–8 years: 5–8 drops
9–14 years: 10–15 drops
14+ years: 20–30 drops

can use up to 3x daily  and can be given in juice or water
